When going through a divorce, if the emotional turmoil isn’t enough, who wants to answer the question of “who gets the house?” What used to be the “family home” is now an addition to the stress and heavy burden of splitting couples. Can you afford to keep the home? Are you wanting the home out of spite? What will be better for your children? Do you want to stay or sell? When so many emotions are involved, these questions can be tough to answer.

That’s where I come in.

After serving the Las Vegas community with their home ownership needs since 1997, I decided to take it a step further. I am now a Certified Divorce Lending Professional and can be a very helpful resource for couples finding themselves in divorce. The goal of the Certified Divorce Lending Association is “to ensure that divorcing clients are provided with expert advice with their mortgage financing and real estate options during and after divorce” by educating and training mortgage professionals. Divorce is painful; I’m here to give homeowners their options and help them come to best possible decision  for the both of them.

Why work with a Certified Divorce Lending Professional?
  • Expert advice for divorcing homeowners and their mortgage financing options
  • Fully understands estate law, tax rules, mortgage financing & real estate during divorce
  • Recognizes potential obstacles early on to avoid more pain
  • Sets clients up for success post decree
